1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the mobile application “League Rewind” (the “app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the League Rewind app.

2. Description of the App

League Rewind is a fantasy football companion app that connects to fantasy platforms such as Sleeper and Yahoo and generates AI-powered write-ups of your league — weekly recaps, draft analysis, and season summaries — along with live scores and home-screen widgets. The app is managed from the United States.

3. Accounts and User Data

The app collects personal data such as your name and email address when you sign in with Apple. For details about how we handle this information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. We also collect non-personal data related to your app usage to improve functionality and user experience.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features, such as weekly recaps, require a paid purchase — either a season pass or a weekly subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase, and refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

5. Third-Party Platforms

League Rewind reads data from third-party fantasy platforms (such as Sleeper and Yahoo) with your authorization. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, Yahoo, the NFL, or any NFL team. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Recaps and summaries in the app are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment purposes. They may contain errors, omissions, or embellishments. Do not rely on them as a factual record of your league.

7. Use Restrictions

You are prohibited from misusing the app or its content in any way that is illegal, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to League Rewind and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the terms outlined here.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our site and updating the effective date. By continuing to access or use our app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
